Generic exclusive/mutable reference type wrappers

Specialized version of Wrap that requires DerefMut, so you can mutate the underlying T even if the wrapper type is polymorphic.

If your wrapper type doesn’t implement DerefMut, you should implement the WrapRef trait instead.
